Optimale

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, I started a post a couple of days ago but had no replies so I'm hoping I'm luckier with this one. I've been diagnosed with low t and I've been researching everything and at the moment I'm probably going to go with Optimale. Has anyone had any experience with them? If so were they ok?

^this. If you genuinely have low t the nhs will treat you.......

.......or have you been diagnosed by a private provider who’s interpretation of low t is questionable?

@Gashead

Post up some test results

My symptoms are erectile dysfunction, no libido, anxiety, hot flushes. On an NHS test a couple of weeks ago my total test was 10.1.  I had an operation when I was a child on my testicles and it wasn't successful so I'm guessing that's a contributing factor. My Dr has offered anti depressants and Viagra. I have all the symptoms of primary hypogonadism.

Yeah the NHS treat numbers, not symptoms. Theyre a bit behind the curve when it comes to the trt. As far as I can tell, listening to professionals in the trt field and the studies they quote it seems testosterone levels above 500ng/dl have health benefits and below this figure health consequences ( increased heart disease, stroke etc etc) .

Personally, I looked into optimale and other providers but they have a product they want to sell you, even if it's not the optimal one. I decided to self prescribe. It's so much cheaper and once dialed in is as optimal as it can get.

I'd read the TOT Bible by Jay Campbell if you already haven't

So do I call them up with a girly voice and say I want to be called Frank?

I'm with  The mens health clinic.

Send a email to the Dr with symptoms and blood work. He will then advise weather he feels he can help and if you need to book a appointment.

The first and yearly appointment have to be  face to face in Poole.

Hmm, interesting, but how does that work?  The gender gp website is for transgender folk, and clear chemist say "clear chemist does not provide the online doctor service for this product" if you select any testosterone formulation.

Do they send you the prescription and then can you use any chemist? Is it sustanon once every 2 weeks prescription? How often do you have to do blood tests and what does the £20 per month include in terms of support? Thanks

Prescription is through clear chemist.

It's a prescription based on your bloods, I'm e17d

Whatever support you need.  Feel free to go with optimale, my experience was that they were just after money and charged extortionate rates
