So it begins

Hey guys,

I'm a 28 year old who did a bit of weights when I was 16 till about 19 (nothing proper just quarter reps and such) for rugby. Since stopping rugby done a lot of eating and not much else.

September last year I got to my biggest, I was 25 stone and decided to start cycling to work to try and shift it. I'm now at 20 stone from cycling and no real change to diet.

Ive now decided see how far I can go with my fitness and thought joining the forum and starting a journal would help keep me accountable and be a source of advice when I get stuck.

Started a PPL routine and tracking what I'm eating, 2 weeks in and am really enjoying it so far will be posting progress in a journal thread soon.

Congrats for the effort and results.

Taken your time, stick to your meal plan and be happy.
