Breakfast of champions

I am sure this has been done before but post your breakfast with macros!

6 scrambled eggs on 2 bagels

100g oats 200ml of semi skimmed mixed 30g of chocolate protein and a banana

1.478 calories 

103g protein

150g carbs

50g fat

My old bulking breakfast back in day was 200g porridge oats 300ml full fat milk, 6-8 digestive biscuits then 50g whey with 30g evoo 50g ground oats and 300 ml full fat milk.

Sometimes I'd have 2 slices burgen toast with butter and jam or PB.

Macros can't remember but over 800 cals from carbs alone :lol:

Feel sick thinking about it now though.

2 scoops if rolled oat, 2tbl spoons of organic, peanut butter , 1pint of sugar free milk and 2 scoops if cnp pro peptide then 2 bits if fruit orange/ apple ......after 6 egg whites with spinach and bell peppers .

Way too much protein in one sitting. Anything over 40g or so and its not being used for muscle building AFAIK

I'm not one for bro science lol but there's no mechanism in the body to store protein so that's fact man

I've seen  gym bros down a post workout shake in a sweaty smelly changing room.
