AestheticManlet 7104 Posted March 24, 2019 My old bulking breakfast back in day was 200g porridge oats 300ml full fat milk, 6-8 digestive biscuits then 50g whey with 30g evoo 50g ground oats and 300 ml full fat milk. Sometimes I'd have 2 slices burgen toast with butter and jam or PB. Macros can't remember but over 800 cals from carbs alone Feel sick thinking about it now though.
