Conditioning

Ever fancy something different for strongman conditioning work I'd recommend this.

150kg tyre. 10 mins non-stop. Flip back and forth. Managed 45 flips each, absolutely ruined afterwards :lol:

Secret is to keep shoulder in close to tyre and drive into it. Biceps not even sore today. Lower back and legs on the other hand...

That looks heavier than 150kg, that or you're weak haha (joking), but 150 you'd be flipping it over in one motion no knee or double lift required.  From the height I'd say it's over 200?  Get it weighed you might be surprised!
