Supps for Xmas

Recommended Posts

My son was old enough this year to buy his first Xmas presents and he basically got me a load of supps from myprotein.

I've never really used supps tbh. I've obviously used whey protein, omega 3 and my vitamins but nothing else.

In the bundle he bought me, it has creatine, BCAA powder and L Glutamin.

So id be grateful on advice with creatine , BCAA and L Glutamine. Just basically dosge and when is best to take.

Also, I'm currently on cycle and using oxys, NPP and Test.

Thanks

Ask him to return the glutamine (and possibly the BCAAs) and get something else like taurine.

failing that, simply follow the instructions on the packs. Glutamine is close to useless, however, so I probably wouldn’t bother.

Happy New Year lol

All 3 are useful. 5g of creatine a day. I don't know about glutamine but I know in studies it's an effective amino acid. BCAA'S are obviously useful I take amino acid supps when I first wake up there best to take when you haven't eaten in a while to get amino acids in the muscles

Glutamine is mainly for gut health iirc and bcaas have been proven to be useless in terms of muscle building etc. There’s a few threads on them in here with recent studies.

I liked glutamine when I used it as a natural, creatine I looked watery AF, hate that stuff.

Think I used 20g a day glutamine, I always felt I had a fuller look on glutamine, and was never ill till I stuck a test e in me

I know from experience that bcaa's help I don't listen to studies because some say that they work some say they wont. They help me recover. There really useful if you haven't eaten in a while or taking them during workouts
