Back training after 2 years...struggling with diet

As above really. Stopped the weight training for a couple of years. Upto about 20-25% bf and i can't control my diet like before.

Its strange, weighing food ect used to be easy, now my diet fails.

Dont get me wrong its strict enough that im losing BF and training wise i am 100%.

I just cant seem to get diet zoned in like i used to, is it a motivation problem?

Or does it take time working diet prep back into a busy daily routine?

Just wondered if anyone else ever had this problem after a lay off.
