Some questions about how to use peptide correctly

First thanks for the great information and advice about peptides from the great lads in UK-M forum.

1- im going to use this ghrp + ghrh for first time.suggested dose is 1mcg/kg ,im 80kg so i need 80mcg,is that right.As first time user can i take it twice/day or need to be 3 times ?

or half dose three times for a week to adapt then full dose ?

2-I know that most are advised using (purepeptidesuk.com) what about this peptide (life-tech labs) anyone try it or hear anything about it?

@NOUH if the peptides are as good as toms were then I'd half the dose and build up and then slowly increase the number of injections.

You find it quite hard to micromanage the dose. Most round it off to 100mcg.

You may be fine saturation dose but just a word of warning is all.

I'd go half dosage and then work up. Just in case you are sensitive. I'd do that daily. You can do 2 or 3 times a day. I've used peptidesUK.com for years now and very happy. Never heard of anyone using that other crowd personally

@Dave_shorts @Bish83 thanx lads i'll build up first with half dose then increase it to full dose like this:

week 1: 50mcg ghrh+50mcg ghrp before bed

week 2: 50mcg ghrh+50mcg ghrp before bed and 1st thing in the morning 

week 3: 100mcg ghrh+100mcg ghrp before bed and 1st thing in the morning 

that's good plan or what you think???????

Type in growth peptide side effects im sure your find a list. It did affect my sleep in a negative way when dosed too high, which I haven't seen mentioned much in forums

Google the side. Increased appetite. Better/ worse sleep.  CTS etc etc. 

 

You'll be leaner and hold more muscle mass. This won't happen as quickly as the changes do visually with aas
