Been training for couple of years only seriously in the last 6 months doing quite well lost 20 lbs taking me to 222lbs and gained a decent amount of muscle   deadlift up to 220kg bench 120kg for a 3   squat 170 for four is my best so far .   Things are good but I'm here to learn from more experienced lifters .
