Tasty protein bars

Tasty protein bars that are quick and easy to make.

Makes 5

260 cals. 18.2g protein. 15.3g fats. 12g carbs.

75g pb 

75g whey protein 

30g oats 

1 banana 

20g seeds 

20g desicated coconut 

20g crushed hazlenuts 

Mix it all together and press into a tray then into the fridge. Cut into 5 and enjoy.

Very tempted to try something like this, I made up a massive batch of flapjacks for the 1st time last week.

I would like to try avoid baking so will try this tomorrow!

They taste better if you make the mixture without the PB then either spread the PB on top of the mixture or cut them up and put a dollop on then roll them up, that's what I used to do :)

Cheers mate will give that a go. Should make it easier to mix aswell
