Best pre workout with no crash?

Hi, 

I'm new here so please be gentle. ;) 

Can I have some recommendations for a pre workout that doesn't involve too much caffeine, doesn't give you a massive crash & doesn't give the jitters. 

I prefer tablets, but appreciate powder is more common.

For getting pumps, not an optimal solution but it works. What i do is :-

1) 1 spoon :- Coffee

2) Half spoon :- Cocoa powder

3) Two pinch :- Cayenne pepper

4) One Pinch :- Black pepper

5) One table spoon :- Honey

6) One Cup boiled water.

Mixed them all and i drink 20-30 minutes before workout and it works for me.
