I know i said i wouldnt be updating this thread aside from answering questions and replying to comments 

but i thought since i posted my 1RM's above on the big 3 (incline instead of flat bench) that today id come in and see where the 4th lift was at, the ugly cousin of the big 3, the overhead press

was hoping for 100kg for a single but got a brucie bonus

Has your OHP improved since you were doing Incline bench work rather than flat?

youd think so but not really 

i pressed 90kg for a set of 3 when i was last flat benching and when i was last flat benching i hadnt inclined for any notable amount of time in years 

i was also lighter when i hit the 90 for 3 and on less drugs so i just attribute today's PB to natural (or rather unnatural) progression
