Is that Josh? Fck! He'll easily place top ten especially if he brings what he did to the Arnold, cant wait to see how Natha De Asha does and obviously will be so interesting to see Levrone back up there.

I agree mate, its nice to see some from outside the US plus after watching his prep, he seems like a good guy ( despite the over manicured eyebrows!)  f0ound it really interesting when his trainer was saying he needs to learn to not be lifting heavy all the time and learn to go for higher volume work for definition.  As I think a lot of us, (I I know I have) have an obsession with lifting heavy as possible balls to wall to failure, when in fact whilst that builds mass, Mass is no good without definition.  Something I have been trying in my training with the Y3T protocol. anyway that's another thread for you right there !! lol

Agree mate, chuck the link up to his prep, sounds interesting.

How did you find Y3T? I was going to do that once and it was just ridiculous how many bits of equipment you needed for the high volume parts, not feasible in a busy gym.

here you go mate, there is a serious week by week. I often look out for these types of videos as it makes LISS cardio so much more bearable !

Sorry, lifting heavy creates "mass" and higher volume builds "definition"?

Only pointing this out for the benefit of anyone that may actually believe it, but that's one of the most stupid things I've ever heard.

"Definition" is dictated by your BF% and therefore diet (obviously having the most mass as possible as well).

And technically, some studies show that its higher VOLUME (and reps) that actually build more mass/can be more beneficial for hypertrophy.

Just trying to stop the bro-science spread.

no worries Devil, I am always interested in the science behind matters, but also sometimes many of the top trainers in the world use systems which seem to scream bro science yet often appear to work for them. what the film, I always find these prep videos interesting as you have to respect the lifestyle and dedication.  its pity sponsors don't allow them to be more open about their AAS use as I think we would all be surprised as to the doses, we all expect them to be on tons.

Was thinking the same thing, Come on a thread about Pro BBers and Comments how Pros looks.

They live among us

In fairness, Briancfc is a diversified guy.....his interests include "Football, Music, Gym, Socialising"

Just because he cannot understand why body builders would want big muscles doesn't make him strange......

Just kidding. He's a mope.

I think he looks awful... agreed with what Dorian Yates and Arnold have spoken about in recent years. No conditioning just pure bulk. His physique is a million miles behind someone like Dexter who is a lot smaller.

I agree mate,  as I mentioned above I like to watch these for a little motivation but some of the guys simply wind me up, its all big house and cars etc, when actually its a tough gig for many.

Roelly looks immense here, but I think he's starting to look blocky when you see his midsection and legs too. The same way Cutler went from having a great physique pre-2003 to a hulking mass to beat Ronnie. However, Jay's clavicles and shoulders made him wide as a house so he could carry it better. Roelly not so much. And although Roelly won Bodypower, I thought De Asha had better balance, shape, lines and condition.
