Starting back

Just come back myself bud, fell off track and lost 4 stone in weight. 
Take a long stare in the mirror, ask yourself what you want. If its to be in good shape then you will get in the gym. 
I just took a look through some old photos and dragged myself to the gym. 
To which I was met with a barrage of "wtf happened to you you've shrunk herp herp derp"
Its just made me want to work harder!
