Fasted cardio

Calories in vs Calories out.


There is no benefit to fasted cardio for fat loss over non-fasted cardio. 

ok pal, I understand about calories in and out but would 40mins of power walking on an incline be good enough

40 minutes of power walking on an incline treadmill > Doing nothing

40 minutes of jogging on an iincline treadmill > 40 minutes of poweer walking on an incline treadmill 

 

So, uh, good enough for what? lol

 

don't make sense what I said lol, helping with weight loss. My diet is in check just want to try and speed up the fat loss

Fasted cardio is perfect for losing weight quickly. Its a best method that can burn all extra fat and calories. I also do fasted cardio in the morning and suggest everyone to try this.

I stated to doing cardio on a empty stomach about 8 months ago.

I think it helped, and and kick started my weight \ fat loss.

Dude give it a go, everyone is different what you got loose.. only weight?
