That's all the cardio you need, twice a week as a bodybuilder. Fat will disappear and your cardio fitness will be great. Mix it with a little cycling and fast one minute press ups to relieve the monotony. Then just enjoy your bodybuilding.

Twice a week is less than 300 cals burnt hardly gonna melt fat

Trust me, it will. Remember your body's metabolism will speed up thus you will be losing calories long after the run. Try it, but it MUST be at least a six minute mile. Build up to that speed if it's tough at first.
