george foreman grills

Recommended Posts

Prop the grill flat, line top and bottom with tin-foil and fold the edges.

Add EVOO and onions & peppers as well.

Remains juicy and 'oven like' and removes the need to clean!

This is what i do :)

I never need to clean my grill, just put a tin foil flap in there greased with EVOO

Pretty easy to be honest I have one at home and one at work I love them!

The beauty of the G Foreman is that it cooks both sides so it's a quick easy cook. If you butterfly a chicken breast it halves the cooking time! I usually say 4-6 minutes. Hope this helped bro

The best places to eat steak in Miami are in the Argentine and Brazilian steak houses. The argentines have this great sauce called chimichuri and the brazilian places are where you get the most for your money. $45(US dollars) for all you can eat. That includes everything from all different cuts of meat, chicken, shrimp wrapped in bacon, all kinds of good stuff.

Don't know if you can find a cut of meat in England called a skirt steak (or Churasco), but if you marinade that in mojo for at least 30 minutes and cook it on the bar-b-q you'll have the juiciest piece of meat ever.

There is a  Brazilian joint in Swindon all you can eat for £20 best place I have eaten in the UK hands down!!
