Protein Jelly

Or another alternative is to make the jelly up as normal, but use quark in it, then set it as usual, blooming delish! :D

Carbs are dropping quite low from monday, so I'm sure I'll be trying this at some point soon.

I know some have said if you put this in the blender it froths up badly but I make mine this way

2 scoops protein powder in 300ml water and shake it in a mixer and let it stand for 5 mins

make the jelly up as per the instructions on the packet

Add the shake from the beaker stirring gently

Separate into two dishes or as required

There will be no foam as all bubbles/foam has dispersed from the shake and no need to use a blender.
