Best breakfast meal

Mine was 2 scoops of whey, 2 scoops of instant oats and 2 tablespoons of evoo with 500ml of milk. Starting to cut back now so dropped the milk, 1 scoop of oats and 1 tbs of evoo

1 sachet big bowl quaker oats golden syrup sachet

250ml milk

100g frozen blueberries

3 scoops of whey with water

13g fat

56g carb

7g fiber

72g protein

628kcal

300ml full fat milk

2 scoops protein powder

2 scoops powdered oats

=800 cals

Not the best breakfast but it's what I usually go for and all I can really stomach first thing in the morning.
