I have a basic base recipe that I use for my protein shakes

2 egg whites and 1 whole egg

Porridge oats

Peanut butter

Full fat milk

Ice cream

Honey or maple syrup

I also add fruit to my shakes but it depends on the flavour of protein I have. At the moment I've got half a tub of chocolate whey left so it's bananas all the way baby. When I've had strawberry in the past I've used any type of berry. I've never used vanilla as I don't like it but if I was I would probably use either some strawberries or raspberries.

I also made a gourmet protein shake once. It was using chocolate whey with raspberries and a tsp of chilli powder. Actually not that bad. I
