Dorian Yates.... Decline Press is the best mass builder for chest???

Recommended Posts

100% on the decline BB press and overload and then incline press/flies, havent seen strength and size gains like it for chest like it, always had a lagging chest and it brought it up quite well

Personally for me I haven't used the decline bench more than about 10 times in my life, I hate it and I hate the angle of it.

Best for chest would be barbell bench press without a doubt and I suppose you could say my chest is half decent :whistling:

ive never decline benched in my life, always worked incline press and heavy d/bells, u always hear gym rats complain of lack of upper chest, never lower chest...

Decline press with dumb bells is my choice.

Followed by very heavy weighted dips and finally incline hammer strength press.

Never do any sort of free weight flat or incline work.

got to admit i usd to love decline hits some awesome parts of you and I could lift heavier and never needed a spotter as I could reach the rack easier being a short  guy

always used to train with bigger guys never bothered me
