Put cod in microwave on plate with a little milk and a knob of butter if u like.
Cover with cling film to keep in smell.
pop cling film by stabbing cod with a fork.
put microwave on full and set timer for three mins.
place cod in micro and press start button ( close door first )
Watch the cod thru the glass door.
Your nose eyes and taste buds will tell you when to remove cod from micro (it wont take a full 3 mins)
eat cod !!! enjoy...

If you want to cook it on the sly and not let everyone else in the household know microwave is good for secrecy. Or bake in tin foil with a little milk and butter salt and pep. Just have to make shure the steam from the fish dont get out or everyone else knows. Switch on extractor fan or open window is good.
But steamed is nicest.
