Tuna Pasta with a twist?!

Recommended Posts

Here's what I often make tell me if you guys like it:

160g of Tesco Penne Pasta

30g of light Philadelphia

1.5 or 2 cans of tuna(macros for 1.5 tuna in sunflower oil)

40g of light Salad Cream

Garlic Powder

Black pepper

How to:

1. Cook the Pasta

2. Drain the water

3. Put Everything into the pot and mix it up with a bit of heat

4. Done!

Add a large amount of Garlic Powder and Black pepper and you're good to go

I like to split this up into two meals. I usually eat this pre and post workout as it tastes great warm and great cold.

Protein: 74

Carbs: 124

I was actually shocked by the taste. I thought it would taste horrible but the Philadelphia and Salad help to give it a more creamy taste.

I'd give it an 8.3/10 as for a simple quick lunch or pre/post workout meal it is very good.

Too much like hard work!

2 x tins of tuna

Enough salad cream to make it sloppy.

Serve with 2 of the large snack-a-jacks.

Job done.

My lunch everyday.

70g protein, 35g-ish of carbs.

The hard work is really cooking the pasta the rest is pretty simple.

Fcuk. No tuna pasta for me.

No tuna... No pasta :(

Just substitute the pasta for rice and the tuna for meat or chicken and then tell your guests that the "twist" is that there is no tuna or pasta in your tuna pasta with a twist and that's the twist, before laughing fiendishly and jumping out of your window.
