Porridge Help

Can anyone help I find porridge so bland and struggle to get it down my neck is there anyway to make it taste better. I used to love porridge back in the day with jam or honey but got a feeling that would be destroying the plan

Could you put baked fruit in it, would it make the porridge dry? Will give the protein powder a try what sort of measure would I use for 60g of oats?[/QUOTE]

Depends on your macros. I have 50g oats with 30g protein in it.

Add fruit, flavoured protein, nutella, sugar, syrup, flavourings loads of things you can do m8

If it gets really bad just throw them in your morning shake and guzzle it down

Recipe ----

This makes the creamiest tastiet porridge i've tried for a while

100ml of Oatly oat milk

75g oats

Splenda/sweatner

Cinnamon

Cook the oats with water on the pan as you would, then spoon out into your bowl, add splenda and cinnamon, usually 1 tablespoon of splenda and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix together then add the oat milk..Tastes great.

I make my porridge, then add 30g of Linwoods milled nuts or seeds.

They do various types but I like the flax, almond, brazil nut, walnut and Q10 one the best.
