Recommended Posts

I know there is a lot of different ways, to be honest ive only just started eating this and loving meatballs with onions and herbs right now. What is your fave method of eating mince?

Guest Dave

In the pan, dry fried with an oxo cube, drained if needed, then on my fork.

Or mixed with egg yolk and onions to make up some burgers

I put 500g in a saucepan and fry it in its own fat, drain all the fat, go back to frying, drain all the fat, eventually I'm left with cooked mince with most of the fat burned off or drained away lol. I then put it in a tuppawear box and throw in 1 diced onion, 2 diced bell peppers, tin of borlotti beans, parmisan cheese and then drench the bastard in rague and hp :D not so healthy admitidly but it.... " fits my macros"
