Do you agree with people like Scooby1961 who says you can't ever eat a mars bar and everything you eat has to be 0 fat and 0 sugar.
Me personally I don't see it. I do 45 minutes of cardio per day, and to be fair my diet is ok but i'm not that strict, i eat a cookie now and then the odd beer etc and my bf% stays low.
He doesn't say that though really, so won't pick one of those.
Each to their own and their body, he talks about things in the overall general sense. I personally don't go for fizzy drinks, sweets ect, I just like my clean eating and don't get the treats/fast food cravings.
if you eat these treats in moderation then they cannot harm....many guys diet for shows with these treats once a week even the Pro's there is no one way that fits all....
as long as you eat things in moderation you will be fine...
Its a mental thing with me. If im not consistently 100% with my diet then it goes to sh:t and i bang on weight for fun. If i want to loose or maintain weight i have to be a Nazi.
as long as you stick your fingers down your throat and puke it back up...then you can eat any treat at any time....
