i was just wondering where to start on this really, have a few years training experience, maybe 6 months gear usage experience, i know what i need to be eating, just need to put it into practice. currently weighing 17 stone and 12 pounds. at 6'3" i will enclose a pic. just looking for information on weight classes etc as i know its a bit different to the normal open competitions.
