hi, im not totaly new at this but have just started up again 2 months ago after a long break, how does this sound as a biceps/back workout;

deadlift

barbell rows

lateral pulls

bicep preacher curls machine

bicep curls (cabel)

dumbell curls

I would chuck some hammer curls in at the end of your sesssion

They have worked wonders for me :)

personaly i wouldnt mix body parts if you want to train to exhaustion.back is a big body part if done to exhaustion you will not have the energy to do arms.do back on its own and hammer it mate arms do bis and tris together alternate bi tri bi tri great growth in that try
