Hey, just trying to find out what supplements people would recommend for a 26 yer old female, been going to the gym bout a year, dont wanna put on much mass, just supplement to aid strength gains and recovery. Any help much appreciated. Xx
multi vits and Vit C is a good place to start you say you don't want much mass but a whey protein drink could improve muscle tone, i have most of my women athletes on Kre-Alkalyn creatine which works very well as unlike Creatine monohydrate their is no water bloat and strength is improved...
