Theres a guy at the gym i train with occasionally and hes an ex scotlands strongest man. He's 79 and can still bench 80 odd kg, squat 100 or 120ish and deadlift about 160ish. It's quite scary, if you didnt know him you would be liek WTF this guys going to have a heart attack mid lift!!

When do you think you will stop training?

Can't see any reason why I would stop. I will keep lifting for as long as I am physically capable to do so. At the minimum I would be physically active like do gardening or long walks.

I would hate to turn into a feeble old man.

No chance of me stopping now, unless I am unable to physically do it. Been too much stop start training throughout my life since I was 14. In it to the end now.
