Theres a guy at the gym i train with occasionally and hes an ex scotlands strongest man. He's 79 and can still bench 80 odd kg, squat 100 or 120ish and deadlift about 160ish. It's quite scary, if you didnt know him you would be liek WTF this guys going to have a heart attack mid lift!!
