I don't get it at all. How is it that most people prefer white bread compared to brown. It's like eating tasteless cardboard. How can they refuse warm buttery brown toast especially when it's got the seeds in. White bread is just crappy bleached bread that's hard to swallow and sticks to the roof of your mouth and tasteless with no texture. You scruffy white breaded basterds eating garbage. Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!

Brown bread is just as bland and boring in my opinion. Multiseed or some nice sour dough though, that's the Good stuff.

make french toast with the white bread and it's a game changer.

Make a mixture of the following:

6-7 egg whites

Cinnanom

5g of zero calorie sweeter

Teaspoon of vanilla flavouring

Whisk it up

Soak the white bread in it until it can't absorb any more ( Need 4 slices of bread)

Fry on low heat for 15 minutes

40-50g of protein and around 400 -500 cals depending on what bread you use

Then pour some zero calorie syrup on damn...

Try this and I guarantee your opinion on white bread with change forever.

Can also chuck a load of blueberries onto the bread as its cooking and embed them in the toast..

And yes this is Greg Doucette's Anabolic French Toast.

I have some in the pan as i write this.

@Jackoffblades is this a hangover rant or did you start drinking at 8am? If you're not a fan, don't eat it bro. Simple answer found to your very tough dilemma :thumbup1:
100% on the pale ale,woke up rough as a badgers arse gets a real urge for toasted brown bread,opens the cupboard to find one white crust with blue fluff on it that he forgot he bought from the whoopsie shelf 8 days ago..sits with head in hands,picks up the phone and voila :thumb

a fair amount of brown bread has colouring to make it brown...True FACT

I guess it is down to what the individual likes I guess

Cant have a bacon sarnie using brown bread. Wrong on so many levels!!
Same with fried bread - Brown Loafs Matter - but it'll never be better...

No he has a Masters in Kinesiology and has world record bench press and deadlift.

People also pay him $12,000 for 4 months coaching,

I'm sure he appreciates your sympathy though.
I'll re-direct my sympathy towards the mongs that pay $3,000 a month for coaching with someone that comes across as the bodybuilding version of Donald Trump (but with the added bonus of sounding like someone's got his balls in a vice) then :thumbup1:
