Recently i have been watching those ppl and thougt why not implement it into my training as i want to concentrate the next few months on conditioning.

I have been doin 5 days split for ages Back/Chest/legs/rest/shoulders/arms/rest

and haven't changed that for longer than 1 week Push/pull/legs once in a while.

Was thinking of changing to 3 days split to maintain the gains/strength and try doin 2 days Crossfit, thoughts ?
