Bodybuilding purposes aside, does anyone ever have a shake as a snack/treat i.e. for enjoyment?
Personally I've never tried a shake I didn't actually enjoy (especially in milk) and I often drink them for enjoyment regardless or whether my body 'needs' the protein or not.. Anyone else do this?!
For example, I'm currently cutting on the anabolic diet.. as a 'snack' so to speak, I'll have 1.5 scoops of Nutrisport 90+ choccy w/ 400-500ml Unsweetened Soya milk.. Yum!
