Afternoon guys,
My current supplement list is as follows:
All from my protien
MP True Whey
MP Hurricane XS
MP Pulse
MP Mulitvitamin
MP CreaPump
The time I train is normally 1830 and I do a three day split of weights and one evening playing football.
Any help would be appreciated cheers
