Afternoon guys,

My current supplement list is as follows:

All from my protien

MP True Whey

MP Hurricane XS

MP Pulse

MP Mulitvitamin

MP CreaPump

The time I train is normally 1830 and I do a three day split of weights and one evening playing football.

Any help would be appreciated cheers :D

I have my whey before, during and after workout, I also have 2 mid day unless I have a glass of whole milk, maybe one before bed but i prefer slower releasing proteins before bed (cottage cheese etc)

Creapump? I take it thats just creatine?

Morning and nights on off days and before and after workout on my lifting days

Multivit in the morning with breakfast, and I have no idea what hurricane or pulse is

cheers mate,

Pulse is an NO supplement, so I know to take this before my workout, I'm not too sure about having a whey shake before the gym as I can't train on anything other than an empty stomach, plus the pulse won't be as effective.

Hurricane xs is an all in one supplement, so it has BCCA's, creatine, carbs and protien etc.
