hi guys just wondering if u could help me out?

been training wiv a few m8s down the gym for

the passed year,natural.but my m8s have been

useing steroids. and i have notice there weight

gain dramaticly compared to my own gain. i have

worked on my diet to c if i could gain or inprove

that way. but still struggle to compete wiv them.

so was thinking of trying steroids but don't know

were to start. so was just hoping so one could give me some helpful advice. would be really greatful

First off I would research and research and then research some more... once you have read and thought some more then make the decision... its one that only you can make and its better to make an educated one than a blind one cos your mates do it...

if your mates are on gear you could ask them..i gained over a stone and a half natural before going down the steroid route, is your diet spot on and training right. It took me ages to nail my diet, but once i had it the weight went on, and the weights went up! good luck mate..

I've gained 20kg naturel till now. That's like 3 stone??? You can gain plenty naturel.
