So i'm around 67kg 6ft 1. I have been training for around 6 months now and i'm starting to build muscle which is good. The only problem is that i'm around 13-16% body fat and i want to continue to build muscle but it feels like there is a blanket of fat hiding it. So i don't know weather to bulk first gain more muscle and turn some of the fat into muscle then bulk, or do a cut get down to a lean state then bulk and just do mini cuts. Also i train 3-4 times a week and i'm at college so does my cutting macros of 1850 sound right?
