Put it with some spuds and veg and you've got a really quick decent meal
Be even quicker if you just broke a few slices of bread into it. That's what I used to do with their tins of chicken in white sauce, or the minced beef with onion. (Neither can rival that protein content though)

And eat it straight from the saucepan so you don't have to wash a plate or a bowl. 👍

They're not far off though. Both of them are 60g per tin too😂

I made a steak pie last month and used the tin of stewed steak as the "gravy". No need but it was sooooo good. Probably about 200g of protein in one meal🙈

Was commenting on it not touching. Said it's not far off.

Some would say having this thing called a conversation.

But yes, you're right. It's not the highest tinned meat product.
