Hi all, just getting back into things again and need to lose a couple of stone since putting on weight through laziness and quitting smoking.

Will be doing cardio 3 times a week on the cross trainer, and eating as less carbs as possible.

Will be building myself up gradually with weights in between also.

I have purchased Diamond Labs EC30+ and was wondering how and when is best to take it and if anyone else has done well on it.

I work nights so will be training at 2pm.

All advice much appreciated. :thumbup1:

No idea about EC30+ but for eating, Lean Meat and Green Vegetables would be high Protein, low Carbs but good for you. I'm not all that experienced though and I imagine you'll be asked to post diet etc. from the more experienced guys.

I have used ECA30+ (not the diamond labs version though) and i worked normal hours 9 - 6

so i would take it first thing when i wake up and then at lunch time.

So think about the time you work and the time you sleep as they can have effects on sleeping.
