If you fancy being a bit clever and creating a direct link to UK-Muscle on your desktop do as follows:

open notepad and type the following:

@echo off

start http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk

Then save file as UK-MUSCLE.bat to your desktop folder!!!

Simples!!!

or, depending on what browser you're using, drag the icon next to the url to the desktop.

I use Google Chrome (only the best), so i would highlight the url, then drag it to the desktop.

Much easier. But thats if i wanted a silly icon id never use on my desktop.

Click save as, then your documents folder will open. click desktop on the side bar then save as UK-Muscle.bat
