1 tin tuna

Handfull grated chedder cheese

1 clove of grated garlic (or to taste)

Half an onion, diced

1 large or 2 medium egg whites

Black pepper

add ingredients to a bowl and mix

shape into burger/pate

fry in olive oil until golden on both sides and cooked through out.

side

Frozen spinach boiled for 5 mins or as instructed on pack

grated garlic 1 clove or to taste

grated parmezan

pesto, to taste

fresh chilli to taste

green olives

black pepper

drizzle of olive oil

mix together. you dont need to be accurate with measurment with this hence why ive put -to taste
