I finish my workout at about 9 o clock, Im in bed by 10 and it takes me a few hours to get to sleep, does anyone else have trouble sleeping? Its worse on my leg days...Once Im asleep Im soundo but its getting to sleep whats hard for me? Could this have anything to do with hormones or blood pressure?

I have a bust kneecap ( not broken but not working properly, only walk a few hundred yards ) and I struggle to sleep because of my legs - pain or just discomfort unless i take tramadol comming up to bedtime.

I also suffer high blood pressure if this is a reason ?
