Just a quick one. Starting a new PPL Routine shortly and just wondering about training Frequency.

Cannot decide between training 3 Times per week (Same days each week), or running it on a Day On Day Off basis.

My goal is simple: Size.

Any reccomendations?

whatever works with your lifes routine. Personally I wouldnt worry about the extra day, worry about how you are going to train 3 times a week for the next 2 years.
