Hi

So im new to the whole deficit thing, I'm 10 weeks in, in a deficit.

I have lost around 6% body fat. Naturally.

Now as I get lower in weight and BF I was wondering what results I would get from a anavar and test-e or p cycle?

Could I still make lean muscle mass gains?
Enough to make it worth it?

Also what would be better and why, e or p

I’m presuming you are fairly new to training and haven’t used steroids before. If so you you’ll achieve exactly the same with test p or e, that being **** all. You won’t gain muscle in deficit and it a pointless exercise if you don’t have muscle to preserve

If you had a good amount of muscle to begin with then you’d have been wise using low doses to retain some of that tissue.

Seeing that you haven’t and you’re already 10 weeks in, I say get as lean as you want, then introduce the anabolics to aid in a big, juicy, muscular rebound of gains lad

You won’t gain any tissue in a deficit

Hi guys

Its not my first cycle. I was upto 15.7stone

My first cycle was about 10 years ago.

I've since had naps, dbol, super sus, test 400 a few times.

Its my first deficit. Not cycle.

Im now sitting at 13.3 stone and 25% BF
I was 15.6 stone at 31% BF

I was 'stocky and strong' but I went into deficit go get lean and in the hope of once I've cut up I can clean bulk.
