while on my cutting diet i have been running two t4 tablets a day,theyre 200mg.i have counted up and towards the end of the diet im going to be a little short of t4's.

having tried to get some,i could only get t3's,they are 75 mg tablets.

i know that compared to t4 the t3's are stronger/harsher.so my question is how many t3 tablets do i need to take to get the equivalent of t4 im on now?

From what I've read before I think you would x4 the amount of T4 to get the same dose of T3.

Therefore it would be 1/4 the T4 dose and that should be the equivalent of the T3 dose that your after

cheers for the advice g-man.prob just have one t3 a day then.half in the morning and half at dinner.

im on 75ug of t3 per day and it's plenty for me atm.
