Anyone used Swimming successfully to loose fat with swimming as their cardio choice?
I used to swim as a kid on a regular basis (National Level) but not done it for years now.
I was considering going over lunch time, so i wont be on an empty stomach, id have had a meal at 8am then one at 1030am then swim around 12 followed by a lunch post swim
what are peoples thoughts?
