Im about to start a cutting cycle and diet, however in the garage today they were selling x2 cans of sugar free redbull for £1, i dont eraslly use energy drinks but decided to look on the back of the can

0 carbs, 0 protein, 0 sugar

Well im not too clued up on the other stuff in there, does anyone else use this or is it full of other c**p that will balls my diet up ?

Agree with Geo.

I can't see any benefits to these drinks other than a small temporary buzz,however,for that effect you are ingesting a decent dose of caffeine and sweetners,both of which can negatively effect your metabolism and digestion,and probably exaccerbate your craving of sweets.

Thanks so much for the info, i do drink plenty of water and you godda admit it does get boaring !

I get mixed reading on caffine, some say boost metabo and some slow down ???
