I'm on holiday on the 27th of this month and I'm stuck between the 2 options. Do I start adding the carbs in slowly the day after my re feed or do I start at the low end of my carb cycle and start carb cycling leading up to the holiday?

It's not an all out binge with the lads, it's just a chilling holiday.
