Iv'e been training in my current gym for 10 months now. Managed to learn a lot in that time.

1. How to get injured through bad training

2. How to eat wrong

3. How to diet off muscle

Didn't make much progress to start with due to the reasons above but for the past couple of months I have started to grow in size and strength.

I am still at the start of the journey but when I took a photo of my back last night and compared it to one taken when I joined the gym I think I could see some progress. BTW I am 13 stone in the first pic and 14 stone 8 pounds in the second.

Camera flash takes away a lot of the detail, but you can still see there's some size inrease, especially in the shoulders and arms. Train safely and enjoy the continuing benefits, man! :)
