Alright everyone, summers just about done and ive had my fill of drinking and partying, time to get serious!

Im looking a good clean and colourful diet, I do shift work in a bar and eating at certain times can be tricky!

At the moment my diet is:

200g oats, 1 tblspoon pb and 30g whey

5 whole eggs 3 rounds of toast

150g pasta and tin of tuna


100g oats and 30g whey

100g rice and chicken breast depending on my appitite and what ive trained that night!

Im opening to any advice, Tescos is my local food store so I can get more or less anything! thanks :thumbup1:
