Hi all. I'm 29, 5'11

Just started training and have never trained before. I'm planning on going to the gym Mon, Wed and Fri. I have been for one week and really enjoy it. Just want some advice. I want to be very muscly but not too big. At the moment i'm 74KG and maybe want to put on 5KG. I eat well and have looked at many diets on here so have a good idea what to eat. I'm having two Whey protein shakes a day. Is there any other supplements or things I should be doing or just carry on the way I am. I'm doing free weights. Heres a pic of me now and will keep a log here of my progress.
