Typical days diet:

meal 1-

Tuna steak,

2 eggs

Banana

45g protein and 500kcals

meal 2-

Steak pie

green beans

Chips

Desert usually cake/custard

40g protein and approx 800kcals

(this is my worst meal whilst on lunch at uni)

meal 3-

35g whey powder + a pint of milk

an Orange

50g protein

350 kcals

meal 4-

Tuna pasta salad with italian cheese

a peice of fruit

50g protein

550kcals

Meal 5-

35g whey powder + pint of milk

Tangerine

50g protein

350kcals

I think i've been estimateing the kcals conservatively but I dont usually exceed 3500 per day, I think I'm going to start (as of today) throwing in a meal right before I go to bed!

I've heard my diet is rediculously poor so i'm open to suggestions.

I usually space all meals out approx 2-3 hours of each other

and I tend to eat as soon as a wake up...
